New Android App Available for Download, Monday, June 9th

As part of our system upgrade, Android users will need to delete the old Security Federal app from their devices before downloading the new one starting Monday morning.

What to look for: In the app store, the new Security Federal app will have a white background with our signature “S” ribbon logo in the center.

ATM UPGRADE NOTICE

ATM withdrawals are currently available at all Security Federal branch ATMs except our Kokomo locations. Please note: Deposits and balance inquiries are temporarily unavailable and will return on Tuesday, June 10th.

New VISA Debit Cards are Here for your Business!

New Visa® Debit cards will start being mailed to customers in late August and early September. Your new card will include the latest chip technology including support for contactless transactions, like (Tap-to-Pay). Your existing Discover Debit card will stop working on September 29th, 2024, or once you have activated your new Visa® Debit card. We will be sending out instructions on activating and making the most out of your debit card when it arrives! So, get ready for a better banking experience with your new Visa® Debit card coming in September.

Making purchases for your business is super easy with our instant-issue Security Federal VISA Business Debit card. It works like a check but looks like a credit card, giving you flexibility and control over your business finances. Use it to make purchases at your favorite store, when shopping online, or to withdraw cash from the ATM. Save time shopping when you add your card to your Digital Wallet, which allows you to leave your card at home and use your smartphone to check out instead! 

The money for every purchase you make comes directly from your checking account, so be sure to know your available balance before you use it.

Most Security Federal branches have an ATM available in the drive-thru or parking lot. Our Kokomo Boulevard Branch does not have an ATM on site, but you can drive around the back of the building to Panera Bread to use our ATM located next to their parking lot.

If your card is lost or stolen, you can shut it off instantly. Click here for details.

How do I get a replacement card?

If you need a replacement card, stop by or give us a call. A replacement costs just $5 and can be printed instantly at a branch location.

Do I have limits on the amount I can withdraw or purchase using my card?

Daily limits are placed on your debit card for your protection and may be increased by calling any of our branch locations.

I will be traveling internationally. Can I use my card internationally?

Visa is widely accepted, but some stores do not accept Visa. Be sure to bring a back up payment method.
Please call us at any branch before you travel to get international access for your card.
